Simple and cost –effective automatic fire suppression!
The BLAZECUT system is designed for protection of small enclosures with greater risk of fire.
BLAZECUT operates automatically without any power supply by detecting higher temperatures.
When the temperature in the protected enclosure rises to a critical threshold,
the heat sensitive BLAZECUT Tube melts down at the point where the affecting temperature is the highest.
Melting the BLAZECUT Tube creates a hole releasing the entire extinguishing agent stored in the BLAZECUT Tube directly onto the source of the fire.
Features:
Universal use: high flexibility of BLAZECUT Tube and A,B,C and electrical fires class rating can protect almost any space
High cost-effectivity: zero maintenance, long working life, automatic activation beats the competition in cost-effevtivity
No cylinder for storage of extinguishing agend needed: the whole system can be placed inside the protected enclosure
Clean and effective extinguishing agent: world wide known and accepted HFC gases
Automatic operation based on increased temperature: ideal for non-occupied spaces or spaces out of sight
Long working life: 5-10 years depending on the type of application
Nor harm to protected enclosure and people when discharged
Very simple installation: no training required for installation
Pressure gauge to monitor the pressure at any time
Low operation temperatures: up to -40°C
Activation temperature: about 120°C

This upper-end engine kit is engineered to original Oettinger standards, and includes everything required to make the switch.
All original details have been preserved. From the OEM manufactured cylinder heads that maintain the original 7.5:1 compression ratio to the reproduction Solex 32PBIC carburetors, covered all bases to create the premier 36hp engine kit.
*Please note: Modification to the rain gutter required for convertible models. Will not fit pick-up models, or Karmann Ghia models.
Fits original OKRASA 36hp engine kit and Wolfsburg West reproduction dual port 36hp engine kit.
Includes bellcrank assembly, cross bars with ends and locking nuts, carburetor cranks, return spring and return spring mount tab. Cadmium plated components as original.
This linkage kit requires no welding, and does not require relocating the ignition coil.
When using this linkage set-up, the balance tube is positioned behind the fan shroud,
creating a neat and dressed appearance.
Additionally, use of the original metal spark plug conduit is eliminated when using this arrangement.
Includes all items for operation.
The Crossbar gas linkage is characterized by its outstanding quality and its unique response behavior. This special model is designed for Type 1 engines with standard blower box and Weber IDF double carburettors in the VW Beetle.
The gas linkages manufactured in Germany impress with their low operating forces and the previously unattainable smoothness when controlling the Weber IDF double carburettors. This is achieved through precisely coordinated actuation levers made of laser-cut and ball-polished stainless steel as well as easily adjustable actuation rods and laser-cut, also ball-polished stainless steel throttle valve levers. The perfect interaction of these components ensures absolutely symmetrical and precise control of the carburetors.
The scope of delivery includes all necessary mounting materials as well as detailed assembly instructions in German and English.
This crossbar gas linkage is exclusively suitable for the intake manifolds 112030.
Discover the replica of the Weber 40 IDF double carburettor.
Combine it seamlessly with our other products, including the gas linkage (item number: 111483eu), the intake manifold (item number: 112030) and the air filter (item number: 5456), to ensure optimal interaction and maximum performance. Give your vehicle optimal performance and driving pleasure with this double carburettor and the matching accessories.
Dual carb engines often have problems with vapor locks due to heat up carburettors. You can avoid this by using heat insulation flanges which isolate the carbs from the manifolds. The also needed paper gaskets are individually available, so you can re-use the insulation flanges.
One set is for one throttle and comes with paper gaskets.
