Prices and shipping costs

Our prices are quoted inclusive sales tax. The shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart before sending your order. Orders are shipped by DHL. Orders from inside Germany must be paid by credit card, automatic debit transfer system, or cash on delivery (COD). For orders outside Germany, credit card is the only accepted payment method. Additional costs to the freight charges, such as customs duties or taxes, will be invoiced to you separately by the shipping company.

Freight costs for Germany

The freight costs are calculated and displayed by the software on our website. Additional costs, such as oversize charges are also calculated by the software in our system. Cash on delivery orders are collected by the carrier upon the delivery of the goods. On behalf of the carrier we have to charge for the COD service 7,00 euro. This amount will be displayed in the invoice.

Freight costs for member states of the European Union

The freight costs are calculated by the software and are quoted inclusive sales tax respective for the country of delivery.

Freight costs for non member states of the European Union

The freight costs are calculated by the software and are quoted exclusive sales tax. Your order will be delivered duty unpaid and you will receive an invoice from the carrier for the import duty.
